Then Comes The Night

Founded in 2019 in Riedlingen, southern Germany, THEN COMES THE NIGHT combine classic heavy metal with hard rock, rock ’n’ roll and theatrical songwriting. Driving riffs, memorable choruses and dramatic arrangements shape our sound.

Then Comes The Night is shaped by the whole band. Founder and frontman Selin Schönbeck is the band’s singer, guitarist, songwriter and producer. Together with Martin Baumann, Roland “Grandpa” Klein, Ela Traub and Andreas Augat, he forms the current line-up.

After several singles, our debut album Chapter 1 was released in 2022, followed in late 2023 by Start The Change, re-released by Metalapolis Records in July 2024. That same year, the German-language video single Bis ins Alter showed another side of the band.

The title track Metal World was released in March 2025, followed by the full album on 30 May 2025. Twelve songs, powerful vocals and a true passion for heavy metal: you are the power, you are the music.
